Planning Your Event

Thank you for selecting Cape Fear Botanical Garden as your event venue!

 

            The following steps will assist you in your

            planning process and ensure that you have

          a successful event at the Garden.

         

          Our Director of Events looks forward to

          working with you!

 

 

 

Step 1—Review online material.

Please review the rates, terms and conditions and FAQs available on our web site. This information will help you in the planning process.

 

Step 2—Make an appointment with our Director of Events.

You may call (910) 486-0221 or email events@capefearbg.org to set up a convenient time to meet with our Director of Events. During your appointment, you will be provided with one-on-one customer service, which includes securing your date, viewing our event photo album, visiting possible ceremony/event sites, reviewing guidelines and contracts, and more. This is also a great opportunity to have your questions answered. Keep in mind that you must make an appointment to meet with our Director of Events.

 

Step 3—Book a follow-up session.

Once you have booked your event, our Director of Events will contact you 2-3 weeks before your date to confirm all details within your contract. This will ensure that you are well prepared to have a successful event at Cape Fear Botanical Garden!
