Afterschool: First Spring Sprouts

The first wildflowers bloom early as they try to catch the sun before the trees have leaves. In this class we’ll learn about the important role of flowers in helping new plants grow and walk out to the Oak Loop to see if the Trout Lilies are blooming. This is a drop-off class. Ages 5-10. Please meet in the classroom. Come dressed to explore the outdoors. To preregister, click here. Fee: $5 plus membership or admission to the Garden. If you register for 4 or more Afterschool classes at one time, you can receive a discounted $3 per class price (must be on one registration form).
