Hope Mills Community Library Program: Hummingbird Happenings

Join Cape Fear Botanical Garden Environmental Educators for the entire family an exciting program held at Hope Mills Community Library.  We’ll discover the amazing tiny world of hummingbirds with fun activities including an Interactive Storytime and an opportunity to create your own hummingbird feeder to take home.

  • Unique Features of Hummingbirds and their role in Pollination
  • Care and Maintenance of Hummingbird Feeders

Workshop Benefits:

  • Encourage excitement about science and nature
  • Develop literacy skills with an interactive Storytime

Audience Target: This workshop is designed for families with children ages 4-10, but all ages are welcome.

This program is FREE as the Cape Fear Botanical Garden comes to you at your local library! No preregistration is required.
