National Honey Bee Day
August 17th from 10 am – 2 pm
For all ages!

August 17th is National Honey Bee Day when we celebrate the amazing importance of honey bees as pollinators. We will have a demonstration table from National Bee Keepers’ Association, vendor booths with honey tastings and pollinator friendly products, a pollinator garden scavenger hunt, and fun crafts and activities for kids.
This event is free with admission to the Garden.

Visit the Garden and celebrate our pollinators with all bee-utiful things!
Local vendors wil BEE selling Bee related items.
  • Bee-Hive Yourself will have honey and other bee products.
  • The Cumberland County Bee Association will be giving 30min talks about Honey Bee Jobs, Pollination and Why bees need help? Talks are at 10am, 12pm & 1pm.
  • Maidens and Monsters will be onsite doing for faceprinting at an additional cost.
  • There will be craft activates for children.
This is a Family Friendly Event. Free to members. Non-members- this event is included with Garden admission.
