Forest Bathing is a Therapeutic practice. Nature is all around us, do we ever bask in the natural world, with all of our senses, and truly just live in the moment?
Submerge yourself in the natural world. Forest Bathing is a therapeutic practice that can assist with:
- melting away stress
- healing- boosts the immune system
- physical- lowers heart rate and blood pressure
- cognitive- increases concentration
- emotional- reduces stress and depression
