Join us at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden to learn about delicious plant-based and vegan holiday food. Plant-Based for the Holidays includes free samples of vegan dishes, multiple plant-based vendors, information on the benefits of plant-based diets, a master gardener with advice on growing your own food, and more!

Brie Arthur, the author, foodscape consultant, and speaker will be giving a talk at 11 am followed by tasting samples. Brie describes herself as “on a mission to share practical advice about growing your favorite plants, so that everyone will have GREEN THUMB confidence!” She will share tips about growing your favorite foods and discuss her new book Gardening with Grains.
