Preschool: Animal Homes 11am

Preschoolers will learn about different animal habitats, from burrows to nests and dens. With an interactive storytime and a take home craft, kids will discover how animals build their homes, what materials they use, and how these homes help them stay safe. It’s a perfect way for young children to connect with nature and understand the importance of protecting animal habitats.

Target Audience: Ages 2-5 with a parent or guardian. Siblings are welcome to accompany, but must be included on the registration form.

What to Know? Come dressed to explore outside. There are two back-to-back one-hour sessions of this class. The same class is offered twice to accommodate more kids.

Preschool Benefits:

Location: Please check in with the Gift Shop for class location. Preschool may meet in our classroom or our Children’s Garden Pavilion.

Fees: $15 per child, $5 for members. Fee includes preschool class activities plus Garden admission for one adult and the child. Children younger than 1 may accompany an older sibling at no extra cost.
