“Music in the Garden” program support provided in memory of Jerry Leggett and by McNaughton-McKay Electric Company.

Starting April and going through to August, join us every first Sunday of the month to revel in the beautiful scenery the Garden grows. Each Sip & See will be a unique experience with refreshments to purchase and gorgeous blooms to delight your senses. Entertainment on select afternoons. Check our online calendar for more information.  Sip & See is included in Garden Membership or regular daily admission.

April 1st, 12-5pm

Flower Find- Get a spring passport from the Gift Shop and search for flowers throughout the Garden. Receive 5 stamps from each flower and get a prize! Purchase wine or beer from the Gift Shop and revel in all of our spring blooms such as tulips, magnolias, azaleas and more!

May 6th, 12-5pm

Princess Tea Party

Meet princesses in the Garden from Celestial Parties while you enjoy the sweet songs of Bella Venti. Starting at 1pm, the Frog Princess, Mermaid Princess and Enchanted Princess will be walking around the Garden admiring all of the flowers and meeting all of you ! Winterbloom Tea, located in downtown Fayetteville, will be in the Garden explaining how tea is made and offering samples of their delicious tea. Its going to be a wonderful princess tea party in the Garden- don’t miss it!

 

 

 

 

 

 

June 3rd, 12-5pm

The Garden Railway is up and running! Learn how trains helped shape what our country into what it is today and watch the train weave through the Friendship Garden. Pack a bottle of wine and your picnic basket to sip & see the train chugging along. Railway merchandise will be available for purchase in the Gift Shop. An ice-cream truck will be on site for a cool treat while you enjoy the scenery and the Garden Railway.

 

 

July 1st, 12-5pm

 

A Star-Spangled Kind of Day is the perfect way to spend your weekend! We will have superheroes in the Garden, bouncy houses, lawn
games, and live entertainment. Food trucks will be on site as well as a cash bar!

 

 

August 5th, 12-5pm

Are you planning a vacation soon? Travel agent (and dedicated Garden volunteer) Charles Turner will be sharing tips and tricks on how to save money while traveling as well as the best ways to plan out your trip.
After the presentation, sip lemonade while enjoying live music played by the Almost Tomorrow Band.
