Join us for a hybrid class as Cape Fear Botanical Garden Yoga Instructor, Ashley Clayton, and Therapeutic Horticulture Manager, Mallory McAden, team up to provide yoga instruction in the Eleanor & Raymond Manning Children’s Garden followed by a Zen Garden craft with instruction.
Your Zen Garden will include a small black base for creating your garden, sand, a small rake, decorations for your Zen Garden, and stamps with patterns for therapeutic use during the workshop.
