Located in Fayetteville, NC, The Wyatt Visitors Pavilion Complex at Cape Fear Botanical Garden is the premier rental space for wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate and military functions, special occasions, and holiday celebrations – small and large, intimate and grand. Exquisite facilities paired with superb cuisine provide the perfect location for your event.

Weddings

A stunning setting with exquisite backdrops and natural beauty, Cape Fear Botanical Garden sets the stage for your wedding day.

Business Functions

Cape Fear Botanical Garden is the perfect venue to host a half-day, all-day or multi-day business meeting, retreat or workshop. Bringing your function to the Botanical Garden creates an atmosphere that encourages teamwork while revitalizing and re-energizing employees and business associates. The facilities paired with superb cuisine provide the perfect location for your event.

All rental sites within Wyatt Visitors Pavilion Complex have free Wi-Fi. A set number of tables and chairs are included in the rental fee and may be arranged for banquet, classroom or audience seating. A screen for projections, microphone, podium and sound system are available; please inquiry about details.

During a meeting break, we invite your attendees to take a walk through the Garden. Numerous quiet spots for private conversations can be found a step or two off the path, many with a bench for seating.

Catering

We do not have vendors who work exclusively with us, but we would be more than happy to recommend vendors from our network list. You may also bring in your own vendors as long as they sign our Vendor Agreement and comply with our insurance requirements.

To maintain the beauty and integrity of the Garden established Terms and Conditions are enforced for facility rentals and all rental clients must abide by these guidelines. The Terms and Conditions will be reviewed at your appointment.

Photo Policy

With countless exquisite backdrops, the Garden is a beautiful place for taking photographs. While guests are welcome to take photos there is a Garden Photo Policy. Please download and read before planning your photo shoot. A fee applies and a reservation is required.
