Cape Fear Botanical Garden is the perfect venue to host a half-day, all-day or multi-day business meeting, retreat or workshop. Bringing your function to the Garden creates an atmosphere that encourages teamwork while revitalizing and re-energizing employees and business associates. The facilities paired with superb cuisine provide the perfect location for your event.

All rental sites within Wyatt Visitors Pavilion Complex have free Wi-Fi. A set number of tables and chairs are included in the rental fee and may be arranged for banquet, classroom or audience seating. A screen for projections, microphone, podium and sound system are available; please inquiry about details.

During a meeting break, we invite your attendees to take a walk through the Garden. Numerous quiet spots for private conversations can be found a step or two off the path, many with a bench for seating.

To maintain the beauty and integrity of the Garden established Terms and Conditions are enforced for facility rentals and all rental clients must abide by these guidelines. The Terms and Conditions will be reviewed at your appointment.

Walk With a View

Photo Policy

With countless exquisite backdrops, the Garden is a beautiful place for taking photographs. While guests are welcome to take photos there is a Garden Photography Policy. Please download and read before planning your photo shoot. A fee applies and a reservation is required. To schedule a photo shoot or for additional questions, please call the Event Department office at (910) 486-0221 Ext. 30 or Ext. 39.
