We’ll read stories about famous conservationists like Jane Goodall and Rachel Carson, try our hand at S.T.E.M. challenges, become citizen scientists, and roast marshmallows around the fire.
Thanks to a grant from the Cumberland Community Foundation, this camp is offered at No Cost as part of a larger A Garden for All series about defying stereotypes and appreciating diversity. Preregistration is required and spaces are limited. There is a $5 fee to hold your spot in the camp, which will be refunded when you attend or notify us at least 48 hours prior to the camp if you cannot attend. For any girls who attended last year’s Girl’s Explore Camp, many activities will be new this year and you can attend again.
Ages 8-12. This is a drop-off program. Please meet in the Classroom. Preregistration is required. please preregister here. Please dress to get messy and explore outside. A snack will be provided. Please bring a packed lunch and a water bottle.
