Create your own Garden Terrarium in a jar at Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Hosted by the Therapeutic Horticulture department.
Join us for a relaxing morning workshop appropriate for all age levels and skill levels. (Participants under age 18 must attend with a registered adult.)
Learn how to create a mini ecosystem, the difference between an open and closed terrarium, activated charcoal and its uses, how to layer your terrarium and which plants are best for the project.
Choose your recycled jar, mini plants, various rocks and mini houses, ceramic mushrooms, tiny lady bug decor and more. Make it your own!
