Experience a day of relaxation, wellness, and nature at the Cape Fear Botanical Garden. Try out yoga in a beautiful outdoor setting, destress with a guided meditation, enjoy the sounds of Tibetan Singing Bowls, create your own herbal sachet, or learn about the wellness benefits of tai chi. With 18 mini-workshop sections to choose from, participants can explore health and wellness in a new way.
Class Options Include:
Format: Concurrent mini-sessions which participants can choose from, including active workshops and presentations (see schedule below)
Audience Target: This event is perfect for adults, families, couples, or small groups. Children must be at least age 10 and with a supervising adult. No experience is necessary.
Please Bring: A towel, small blanket, or yoga mat to sit or lay in the grass, a reuasble water bottle, and sunscreen or bug spray if desired
Please Wear: Loose clothes that you can move easily in and are comfortable outdoors in.
