Herbal Infusions for Cocktails & Cuisine: Mixologist Rob Clayton

Join mixologist Rob Clayton for a another series highlighting Herbal Infusions for Cocktails & More. He will showcase the art of crafting dry rubs, marinades, glazes, and modern condiments while delving into the interplay of herbal components that seamlessly enhance both the culinary and cocktail experiences. Participants will make and take home herbal infusions of their own.

Classes are located in the Education Classroom at Cape Fear Botanical Garden.

Cost is $25 per participant per class for Garden members and $35 per participant per class for non-members.
