Join mixologist Rob Clayton for a series highlighting Herbal Infusions for Cocktails and other Culinary purposes. Rob will demonstrate creating syrups, brines, tinctures, and bitters and discuss the variety of uses for these herbal creations while Participants make their own herbal infusions, taking home their creations for at-home use. (Ages 21+ only, please)

Class is located in the Education Classroom. Cost is $25 per participant for Garden members and $35 per participant for non-members. Please pre-register here for either or both sessions.
Rob Clayton has been a bartender off and on since he was 21. He was bar manager and primary mixologist for Under Par and, currently, assists Paddy’s Irish Pub and The Church at Paddy’s with designing their craft cocktails. He’s a taste tinkerer – when he comes up with an idea for a taste he wants to create, he experiments and tweaks until he get it just right.
