Presenter: Ashley Clayton, educator and yogi, is your guide. She will lead you through the benefits of Shinrin Yoku, then guide you through the trails of the Cape Fear Botanical Garden while providing you with journaling experiences. Once the forest bathing experience is complete, she will offer ideas on creating a open terrarium with succulent plants and provide techniques for helping your terrarium thrive.
